In the world of product, she has explored and experimented a lot with discovery practices and implementing them within her teams. On top of this, she dedicates lots of time in vision and strategy as well as coaching and mentoring junior PMs to excel in product management within her current role and outside of it.
She started her product career in the Travel Tech where she has started as product manager for supply size in TUI Musement until becoming a product management team lead following strategically the whole distribution funnel and managing 3 product managers.
She joined later Meeters as interim head of product to kick start their product team and Weroad as senior product manager where she followed the review of website and conversion funnel. During this experience, she introduced discovery best practices as well as leading the customer experience team, a cross functional team among sales, marketing, design and product to boost conversion rate.
She is currently expanding her knowledge on coaching in view to get certified.
