Phil started his career during the dot-com bubble and the first agency he worked at was short lived. However, he stuck with the field because he was utterly fascinated by the possibilities of this new medium. In the following years he worked for several web agencies and launched an online video magazine with friends. After leading three UX teams, a UX Writing team and the Group Innovation team at Scout24 Switzerland he took over his current position as Head of Product at Migros Online. Phil is curious by nature and strongly believes that one should never stop learning. When he isn't working he spends time with his son, brews beer, cooks and reads way too many sci-fi books.
