She works on coaching and mentoring product executives in different companies and industries after completing her post-graduate study as a systemic coach. She formerly worked as Director of Product at Cotentful, where she was in charge of growth, pricing and activation as the firm transitioned from longtail to enterprise. As Paypal's product manager, she oversaw merchant onboarding and client activation as well as shaping Paypal Plus as product owner for the German market. She began her product career at Spreadshirt, where she enhanced internal production processes and established customer support for scalability.
