Iulia is a seasoned product leader and advisor with vast experience across industries and business models. She's currently advising and coaching product leaders and scale-ups on topics ranging from strategy, organizational design, pricing and GTM, to specific leadership topics.

In her most recent operator role as VP Product @ Beekeeper she scaled the product, business and org structure from series B towards a successful exit. She's driven 0-1 product at FIFA, dabbled in marketplaces, led strategic pivots and in a previous life was a strategy consultant with Oliver Wyman.

Backed by business and finance experience, her personal philosophy centers on building products for people, with people – an approach that she believes consistently delivers better outcomes for users, customers, and the teams behind them.
