I loved the sessions with Cosima. We always had really good discussions and could state her always my day-to-day struggle or overall struggle at the company, in my career, etc. She always had valuable insights. I loved that she invited me to join one of her user testing sessions and get real insights on how they do it. Also, we looked at the PM Growth wheel at the beginning of the coaching and then again at the end and compared how it evolved, really useful!
