In the beginning, I was really unsure how a coaching session could look like (since I have never had any before) and what to take away from it. I was positively suprised, how it changed my perspective on some topics especially regarding communications with my team. Even if I could not change so much within my team, it helped me for my future. Thanks a million for listening and asking the right questions.
