Dealing with Tech Debt

4. November 2019 @ 16:00 - 18:00

Technical debt is analogous to financial debt; build up too much and you will start paying more in “interest” than you can invest in future value. Most product managers will have to face the topic of tech debt at some point in time – and many feel overwhelmed by the decision on how to deal with it. Learn how to actively manage tech debt in your company in a smart way and save yourself a lot of trouble.
